Awarded the USD 10 Million Export Tower… Strong Transformer · Equipment for Ships

 

 

 

KOC Electric Co., Ltd.(CEO: Hee-su Hwang) doubled its exports in eight years and received the USD 10 million export tower.

KOC Electric, a 40 year old transformer manufacturer, has long sought to expand its overseas market to overcome the downturn in the domestic market.

 
After awarding the USD 5 million export tower in 2012, KOC name has been listed in the USD 10 million export tower company this year.

 
Despite the prolonged COVID-19, KOC Electric continued to enjoy strong exports in the transformers and equipment for ships which have been well-recognized its quality and technology by shipyards in Japan and China.

 

In this year, KOC Electric entered KEPCO and KHNP’s 154kV extra high voltage transformer market for the first time as a Korean SME and established its position as a major supplier.
