LCL FILTER integrated isolation transformer

• Harmonics generated by various causes, such as those generated by the rotors of power conversion devices (rectifiers, inverters, etc.), have a continuous impact on the devices we use, causing them to malfunction, generate heat, noise, and burn out. In addition, devices such as transformers generate load losses, which shortens the service life, so stable power quality is maintained by designing the LCL filter through output analysis.
• As the previously used LC FILTER and isolation transformer were installed as separate equipment, the problem of overvoltage generation and harmonic reduction performance due to impedance mismatch, or problems with propulsion motor control were corrected, and an integrated isolation transformer including an LCL filter was created. was developed to provide more stable suppression performance.
• KOC's integrated LCL FILTER has its own cooling effect on heat generation, and is efficient in terms of space when installed on a ship by integrating the previously separately used LC FILTER and front-end transformer.
